• RETURNS- Make sure you check the sizing range for each purchase. We do NOT accept returns on items unless there was an error on our end once shipped!! Measure twice! If you realize you bought the wrong size/don’t want the item before it ships, returns are permissible. Once shipped, resale becomes your responsibility. You can message us for more info and we can at least try to help share to get the item off your hands.

• All returns must be processed within 10 days of receiving your item.
• Underwear may NOT be returned due to health issues.
• Email- info@ironriverorganics.com with the title REFUND to begin the process. Please include your name and the item(s) to return as well, and your order #. 
• Any item that is returned due to OUR MISTAKE will be refunded with shipping covered. Please choose cheapest shipping methods or message us and we can create your label. 
• Refunds are only paid once the item arrives safely, and it is in perfect condition. Please try to keep animal fur and such to a bare minimum/remove it before returning. Partial refunds will be considered for damaged items, but up to our digression 💕
